We operate a Board Glas quality assurance system.

The farm is audited and is fully approved by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI). We constantly strive to  improve the quality of our product and service.

We will continue to invest in new technology, staff training and systems to enable our business and that of our customers to grow.

 To ensure total customer satisfaction quality checks start at the point of harvesting and continue throughout the grading and preparation process and right through to point of dispatch. Within minutes of harvesting the mushrooms are placed in a high humidity fridge which brings them to four degrees Celsius within thirty minutes. This ensures optimum quality and shelf life.
